Bridge Church
In early 2020 St Matthew’s sent a team to plant a new church, Bridge Church, which has the vision ‘to see church relating to people who are not used to church; where the potential of younger generations is unleashed and where faith comes alive.’ Do visit their website to find out more.
The wider deanery
St. Matthew’s is part of the Church of England Deanery of Ipswich, and is pleased to play a key part in the Inspiring Ipswich Deanery vision. Canon Nick Atkins, St. Matthew’s vicar, is the Area Dean for the Ipswich Deanery.
